SG Service LTD is a service marketplace platform that connects users with skilled professionals for various tasks such as plumbing, mechanics, home errands, electrical repairs, cleaning services, and more. The company’s goal was to create an easy to use mobile app where users could hire service providers and skilled workers could register to offer their services. When SG Service LTD approached us, they needed a user-friendly and efficient mobile app to improve how people find and hire trusted service providers. Their existing process relied on manual referrals and social media listings, which often led to delays, lack of credibility, and difficulties in finding the right professionals.

The Problem
Lack of a structured service finding system: Users struggled to find professionals quickly and had no way to verify their experience or credibility.
No proper workman registration system: Skilled workers had to rely on word of mouth referrals to find jobs.
Trust Issues & Payment Security: Customers were concerned about fraudulent service providers and needed a way to review and rate workers before hiring.

With these challenges in mind, we designed a feature rich, intuitive, and modern app to streamline service bookings and improve trust between users and service providers.

The Solution

3. Smart Service Booking & Matching System: Users can post a service request, and the system matches them with available professionals in their area. Also, Users and workmen receive instant alerts for job requests, confirmations, and updates. We integrated a secure in-app chat and call feature to facilitate smooth communication.

4. Secure Payment & Job Completion System: Multiple Payment Options: Users can pay via bank transfer, credit card, or mobile wallet and payments are held securely until the job is completed, ensuring trust between users and workmen. We also integrated an invoice and earnings tracking making it possible for workmen to track completed jobs, earnings, and pending payments.

5. Advanced Search & Location-Based Services: Users can filter service providers by location, rating, availability, and pricing.
